Carriage paid order value £250 , order value less than £250 will be charged £10.00.
Pro-forma order can be paid  by cheque, credit card or bacs transfer.
Please bear in mind that payment by card over the telephone is the fastest way of processing the order.
Account Customers receive 30 day credit term subject to references

First and subsequent orders: pro-forma by credit / debit card is the fastest way to process.

We accept all major credit and debit cards as payment, and if you want your order quickly, then this is the best way to pay. 

Damages and Non-delivery

All damages and failed deliveries must be reported immediately. No complaints can be considered unless made within 3 working days of receipt goods.

Please note,only damaged goods can be refunded when the goods are returned to amica accessories/felt-works  in their original packaging.We do not have sell and return service.

Delivery of a wholesale order usually takes between 3 and 7 working days. During busy times this may take longer.
